There’s a specific kind of tired that comes from being in a room with someone whose energy is loud even when they’re quiet.

You know the one.

They haven’t said anything yet and your shoulders are already on fire.

I used to think that was my problem to fix. That if I could just respond the right way, or say the right thing, or hold the space long enough — the chaos would resolve. I was wrong. That’s not holding space. That’s being a sponge.

Anderson wrote about this in 1896. He called it magnetic exhaustion — the depletion that happens when you give your field to people and situations that don’t restore it. He said it like it was physics. Because it is.

So here’s what I actually do now.

I close the circuit.

Ankles crossed. Hands joined. That’s it.

It sounds too simple. It’s not. When you physically close your circuit you stop the leak. Your field stops bleeding outward into whatever chaos is filling the room. You’re not abandoning anyone. You’re not shutting down. You’re just refusing to let their static colonize your internal space.

Thoth said it differently — “Quell all the chaos of emotions and thou shalt have order in life.”

Same instruction. Different century.

I stopped trying to fill the gaps.

People in chaos are usually performing it. Not consciously — they’re genuinely in it. But when someone is deep in a loop of anger or fear or ancient wounds, they’re not looking for your wisdom. They’re looking for a mirror that confirms what they already believe.

You don’t have to be that mirror.

You can be still. You can make breakfast in silence. You can answer when spoken to and keep it pushing.

That’s not coldness. That’s sovereignty.

I noticed what density does to my field.

When I’m running clean — clear head, light body, moving well — the world tries to ground me with weight. Heavy food. Heavy conversations. Heavy energy that has nothing to do with me but lands in my space anyway.

Your body is 70% water. Frequency moves through water. What you put in and what you allow in your field directly affects the transmission.

SAH when you feel it happening. Drink water. Move the energy through.

I stopped staring at the cracked mirror.

Religion, history, ancient drama — all of it is pointing at something. But when you spend your energy arguing about the reflection instead of finding the source, you stay stuck in the loop.

Jesus didn’t follow Christianity. He followed the Light. The same Light that’s in the Emerald Tablets. The same Light Anderson was describing in 1896 in a Masonic Temple in Chicago. The same Light that’s in you right now reading this.

The gaps don’t need to be filled. The Source doesn’t have gaps.

Here’s what I know:

You are not here to fix anyone’s drama. You are not required to absorb anyone’s chaos to prove you love them. Closing your circuit is not abandonment — it’s maintenance of the most important resource you have.

Your field is the instrument. Keep it tuned.

“Know that all is Order from Chaos born into light.”

That includes this moment. Whatever is happening around you right now — it’s not bigger than your frequency. It just feels that way when you forget to close the circuit.
